Hey! I’m from Pakistan and I’ve master debit card issued by a bank in Pakistan. I want to buy and gift iPhone 12 pro to my niece who lives in United States after making a purchase at Apple US store. Will Apple US accept the locally issued master debit card?

With "locally issued" card - are you referring to local to your country or the US?
As far as I know, you need a shipping address and billing address in the same country as Apple does not ship to foreign countries.
However, we are all other users here, so it is best to check with Apple for an official answer.
By local I mean local to my country. I have a US shipping address but the billing address is outside the United States. Will the payment mechanism work?
