Extra charges

I pay Can $1.46 monthly to have extra storage, but this month I found Can $ 105,08 EXTRA CHARGE FROM APPLE.COM

I don't have any reason for that, i called but unfortunately who answered me wasn't helpful.

Go through each of the steps in the following to see if anything there will help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
