The new Iphone 12Pro i bought has a lightning- USB-C cable, but i don’t have a charger with a USB-C port, can i in the meanwhile use the 61W charger of my macbook?

And what about charging my device while travelling by camper which has only USB-ports and no USB-Cports? Does Apple has a USB/USB-C cable or adapter?

You can use the 61W Mac charger, temporarily or all of the time if you want. See the following from Charge your iPhone with an iPad or Mac notebook power adapter - Apple Support

You can use Apple USB power adapters for iPad and Mac notebooks to charge iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, AirPods, and other Apple products.

For your camper, if you have a USB to Lightning cable from an older iPhone or iPad, you can use that. Or if you need to buy one, see the following: Lightning to USB Cable (1 m) - Apple or Lightning to USB Cable (2 m) - Apple
