Is there any way I get Notes back?

Accidentally deleted notes off of my iPad to make more storage, but it deleted it off of my iPhone too. Notes going back years are now gone off my iPhone, is there any way I get those back? Fairly important to have them

If you change your mind, open the Recently Deleted folder to recover the notes.

FYI: In the Notes list, tap < Folders (top left)
