iPhone correctly restored - but my MBP doesn't think so

Hi everyone,

I suffered from a weird syncing problem between my iPhone XS and my MBP 16", so yesterday I decided to reset the phone to the factory default. I backed it up (laptop, not iCloud), did the reset, ending the conf by restoring said backup.

Now, the phone works fine, but Finder still thinks I have to complete the restore process (or better, to restart it). Any suggestions other than configuring it as a new device? I'd hate to lose some data from some apps...

Thanks in advance

Then I'd try restarting both your mac, and your phone.

If that doesn't fix it, I'd try creating an additional user on the mac, and see if that user shows the same issue.

If it does, then I'd suggest trying starting your mac in safe mode, and then trying again.
