Why do I keep getting a pop-up telling me I can use my iPad to make wi-fi calls? How do I make that go away? It’s super annoying. This is happening on my iPad and on my MacBook Pro. It’s so frequent that the devices are almost unusable.

On your phone - go to
Settings>Phone>Calls on Other devices.
Either turn off "allow..." completely
or turn it off on the devices you don't want to use it on.
