IOS 14 was not able to allow facial recognition to users using a mask

expected more from Apple, if steve jobs were alive surely the ios 14 version would be able to perform facial recognition of the owners even using masks on the face. it is public it is well known that the use of masks will be incorporated as a protection accessory for many years and this company should be at the forefront of this social need. Thank you very much in advance.

yes, I do this. the current technology may have difficulties today, but I'm sure that with some adjustments it would be possible to calibrate the recognition in parts of the face such as the eyes to facilitate the user's life. my password is huge, I need a high degree of protection and this has been bothering me since the beginning of the pandemic and I did expect Apple to correct this impasse. am I asking too much? wouldn't it be a worldwide need? Isn't the company DNA an intuitive navigation?
