Can't update Macbook pro beyond High Sierra version 10.13.6

No update for newer systems available in the App Store update tab. Where can I download them?

How do I update my macbook pro when i can't find the update in the app store? I been trying to update my mac to at least sierra from El capitan? However when I go to update it I'm unable to find the update even when i search up Sierra in the app store. It's also not in system preferences. I don't care very much about what is on the mac right now I just need Sierra or higher to run a program. The model is a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014) with version 10.11.6 (15G22010).
