Apple doesn't know anyone's password for anything on their devices.. if you need to access your note, you'll need to figure out the password

are they iCloud notes?

if so, you could try resetting your password like shown in that link I provided. According to that support article changing the password doesn't change the password of the locked note. But I ran into something unexpected a few weeks back after updating to ios 14 where i reset my notes password and it also seemed to change the password of my locked notes.

Apple password security is good.

Apple encryption is good.

You’re going to have to remember that password.

There’s no back door.

Maybe you can get a hint from the other passwords you picked from back around the same time as that note, by looking in your saved Keychain passwords?

Otherwise, you’re going to want/need/have to find somebody to try to brute-force the password, and that might take a while. Maybe years or decades, for a well-chosen longer password.
