my iphone xs max has shut down and it shows apple logo and shuts down in few seconds. it repeats. no other response when I tried to hard reset. pls help. I just need the info on the phone (i.e. photos, notes, contacts, etc.) I dont have icloud because this phone has 512GB. please let me know if there is any way that I can transfer info to new phone.
