Why is my subscription saying active if I cancelled it?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. It sounds as though you have questions regarding a cancelled subscription still showing as active. In most cases this would be due to the subscription remaining active until the end of either a free trial or paid period. If you look at your subscription you should see an expiration date or a statement showing, you'll have access until a specific date.


See or cancel your subscriptions
