I use an Apple Watch (7 ): I want to see a heart rate graph on my iPhone. How do I do this?
My Apple Watch is version 7.0.1(18R395). My iPhone is 7Plus. When I use the Heart monitor, I get a bar chart on the watch face.
I want to get the same bar chart displayed on my iPhone. How do I achieve this?
PS: The ECG function is not available in Australia where I live.

You can't get this unless you have the ECG app on the phone.
Which hasn't been approved yet in Australia.
There is no such thing as an Apple Watch 7.
