Photo Uploads

hi! I am trying to change my settings so my photos upload automatically to my computer from my iPhone. I have all the iCloud settings on, and it was working, but then I had to change my Apple ID password and it hasn't worked since. I turned my apple settings back on. Is there a setting I am missing to create an automatic download to occur?
