Online Training Classes

With the COVID pandemic and the pause of live classes, I still cannot seem to find any video tutorials on the Apple website.


My personally-owned products are:

  • Macbook Pro
  • iPad (6th generation)
  • iPhone 11 Pro Max


I'd like to learn more about the features and capabilities of my products that I may not be aware of.and how they interact with each other. For instance, I have had my MacBook Pro for almost three years and just learned yesterday that the power button is also a fingerprint entry point so that I do not have to use my password every time I log in. Had no idea. Can you lease let me know where I can find a schedule for live Zooms or links for videos?

I don't know that Apple does live streamed classes. That's something you'd need to ask them. Use the Contact Support link at the top right of every page.


Have you checked Apple's YouTube channel?
