iTunes for windows 8

Where can I get the correct version of iTunes for windows 8?

I installed 12.4.3 which was as correct as I could find, but it won't open, giving a message :"The file "iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes.

Thanks very much.

Thanks Neil, but the page that link refers to gives me the option of getting the current version of iTunes from Microsoft for windows 10, or getting the latest version (prior to the Windows 10 version from microsoft) which is version 12.4.3 (for windows 7 or later) that I have already tried. I was looking for a version in between for Windows 8 that may solve my library problem.

Phil0124's link below fixed my problem.
