Notes quit unexpectedly

My Mackbook For 2017. , MacOS Catalina, version 10.15.5

My Notes can never open again. always shown Error message Notes quit unexpectedly and the whole list of code

Can anybody help me to fix this issue?

you factory reset your computer if you want to but backup first, but if you don't want too then make a another user account on your Mac and use notes from there
