iCloud photos "checking library" gets stuck. Photos from Photo app on MacBook Pro don't appear in iCloud Photos at icloud.com. So neither do the photos on the Mac appear in my iPhone.
I just updated the Mac OS. The iPhone is up to date.
Please advise.
