Camera

When I’m taking photos at 1x on my IPhone 11 Max Pro there’s a dotted yellow line going horizontally across my screen but if I zoom in our zoom out the lines disappear ?

I do not see a horizontal line going across your screen in the picture that you posted. What I do see is a vertical line running up and down the left portion of you screen. Is that what you are talking about?

This could be a hardware issue however when you digitally software zoom in or out then it may disappear from the screen. This things are hard to trouble shoot.


Try and Force Restart your iPhone as show in the steps below:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF)


If that does not help then-

Your iPhone 11 Pro Max is less than one year old and is therefore covered by the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty (US) so have it examined at the Apple Store or at an authorized service center and take advantage of it. If the stores are closed then please contact ➔ Apple Support
