Macbook air booting problem

Me not able to start my macbook air, tried resetting NVRAM, But still facing the issue , getting this screen, please help

How strange. That looks like the setup assistant for a Magic Mouse, which is only supposed to appear when setting up an iMac.. not a MacBook. Is this the first time you are setting up your Mac? If so, there may be a mishap in the OS installation. Consider booting into Recovery Mode and reinstalling macOS. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904

*reinstalling macOS will not erase your data

If that does not resolve your issue, you may have a device I.D./firmware problem on your hands, and should contact your seller.
