My charge indicator is showing yellow not green . What does that mean

My charge indicator is showing yellow not the usual green and it’s charging very slowly. Anyone know what’s happening?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

A black bar would indicate that the iPhone is not charging or constantly disconnecting from the power supply.

Try these steps: If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge

You're using Low Power Mode:--> Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone - Apple Support

My phone is charging very slowly and I had a yellow bar . I then turned off the Low Power Mode and now I have a black bar but it is still charging slowly. Help
