How do I enable my iTunes account

How do I enable my iTunes account , my husband had it being paid from his card and then he stopped paying for it from his card now my iTunes won’t even except my card. It is disabled! How do I enable it?

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
