Accessing text messages in Icloud

A friend just texted me lots of photos and video clips. Can I access them in Icloud so that I can put them onto a thumb drive and bring them over to my editing computer ? If so how do I find them?

You can't access messages directly in iCloud. If you save the photos and videos to you device and your device is set to sync to iCloud, then you would find them in the Photos section of iCloud.
