Ios 13.5.1 software not available

My iPhone 7 Plus is getting worse as the day goes on! I’m not getting messages, emails not opening and I’m out of storage . System but mostly ‘Other’ is using any reminder of space on my 32GB phone. I’ve got ICloud at 200GB so I’m paying for that but I’m lost on HOW can I clean up? I’ve uninstalled most every app I can. Ones I would like to have. I’m in need of a solution as I rely on texts daily & email.

i have an 7+ and I wish I never installed this update! It’s consuming so much storage my phone isn’t functioning properly.

I believe the iPhone 6 plus maxes out at iOS 12.4.7.
