Family Sharing - Apple Music
My husband can not access Apple Music through family plan even though he’s listed as a family member on my phone. It wants him to purchase an individual subscription to Apple Music.

Be sure all these steps have been followed to start the subscription: Get an Apple Music family subscription. You may need to re-invite him.
If everything seems correct, have your husband review this page: If you don't see your family's shared content. Is it possible he is using a different Apple ID?

It was the “purchase sharing” option on my phone that wasn’t turned on, thereby preventing the family sharing option to work properly. Thanks!
