Stolen IPHONE 11

I recently had my iphone 11 stolen from my job and all my info is connected to it like password options banking paypal, email ect. is there anyway to wipe my phone other than by the locator if i filed a claim to have it replaced? Or is there a way to keep the phone permanately locked as i had to pay for a replacement?

If you had a strong passcode. on it and set up Find My with iCloud it will go into Activation Lock which will not allow anyone to use it.
