Hello my phone was stolen and I want to know if there's any way I can replace it? Or track it down besides find my on iCloud as it is offline.

1. Unless you previously bought a version of AppleCare+ for it which covers theft, or you have a non-Apple insurance policy which does, you'd need to buy another at full price.
