IPhone 8 plus having connectivity issues.

My IPhone 8 plus suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. I cannot use Apps, Face Time, Facebook,Instagram, etc; although I can connect to Messenger & my email. Phone & messages also work fine. Restarted router; did hard & soft reset and also reset network settings. No change. Tried deleting Apps to reinstall but cannot connect to App store. . Other devices in house have no problem with internet.

For your Internet connection.

  • Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
  • Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you
