i have installed the outlook app, i enter the email and it goes to office 365, but i only need outlook

If you only want Outlook then you do not need the Outlook App, you can delete it and set up Outlook mail using the above instructions...

If you want to use the Outlook App then you need a App Specific Password, see the above link for instructions...
