How to trade in phone during COVID-19

My office manager ordered two new iPhone 11 Pros for me and did not take into consideration that I had two iPhone 7s to trade-in. He thought we could not because the stores were closed for COVID-19. Now I need a third iPhone 11 Pro and have an iPhone 7 to trade-in. How can I trade them in? Can I trade 3 in on the purchase of the third iPhone 11 Pro. I don't necessarily want an Apple gift card credit, I would prefer the trade-in amount to be deducted from the cost of the iPhone 11 Pro. Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you.

When you do this inline, you will pay in full for the new iPhone and later, when your trade-in is received and it’s value confirmed, your payment method will be credited with the trade value. All this is explained when setting up the online purchase.


You can apply the Gift Card value of the other two to the new iPhone, but that would mean delaying the purchase of the new iPhone until you submitted the other two, had their values verified, and received their gift cards.
