IMovie can't upload to youtube

So I have an under six minutes video, ready to be upload, but when I tried to upload it to youtube, the loads stars and it says that it will finish in approximately 8 minutes. When the loading is halfway done, the loading stops and the timer is gone. When I tried to close iMovie, the cursor of my Mac just going circle so I decided to force quit the iMovie app. When I get back to the iMovie, I tried to upload it again, It starts when it's halfway done, but then it stops and the timer also gone. What should I do? I'm not sure if it's my connection. Because I think my connection is fine and it can load the loading until halfway done.

There might be some corruption in the movie at the half way point that is interrupting the upload to You Tube.

First, try exporting your movie to your desktop and see if you get a complete share out. If you do, then drag the movie from your desktop to the upload window of You Tube and see if will load all the way. That's the most reliable way of uploading to You Tube.

On the other hand, if the share out to your desktop aborts midstream, it could be not enough space on your destination drive, or it could be corruption in the movie at the half way point. Check your space and if all O.K, then make a duplicate of your iMovie project and scroll slowly through the duplicate in the timeline looking for white flashes, black frames, artifacts and other signs of corruption and cut out any that you find. Then see if you can share out the duplicate.
