IPad not connecting to my computer

Hey , so my ipad says i have to restore it but when i connect it to the computer it doesn’t turn on but when i connect it to an outlet turn on to the apple logo & tells me i have to connect to itunes so i was wondering what can i do since it’s not letting me connect it into my computer ?

It will probably not appear until you put it into Recovery Mode. See the instructions here, If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support See the section on Recovery Mode. If necessary after that, see this, If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
