iPad is disabled

iPad is disabled (entered wrong passcode too many times)--- direction from iPad screen it to connect to iTunes- ok, now what?

Hi Jonas,


Once you connect the iPad to a PC with iTunes or Mac with Finder, you should see the name of your iPad in the sidebar. Once you press this, it will allow you to enter your passcode in order to unlock the device, however I assume you do not know this information.


From the same place, you should see a button labelled 'Restore iPad'. Press that and it'll guide you through the process of completely wiping your device.
