Which is the best Apple Watch to purchase? I am look for a sleeker, thin version of the watch for me.

The Series 3 and 5 are pretty much the same thickness. The 5 has a bigger screen, and you can either buy the 40mm which is smaller on your wrist or the 44mm which is larger. Have you looked at the watches in the online Apple Store?
