How can I change the podcast artwork / album cover

A podcast I work on was just approved, but when I submitted it I only had a placeholder image and now that image is official cover art for the podcast. I checked my rss feed and the feed has the correct image for itunes, i.e <itunes:image href="....."> but when I look at the podcast on iTunes all I see is the placeholder image. Can you help?
