Can’t spend my apple ID balance for in-app purchases

i have 100$ in my apple ID balance. But when i try to purchase in game currency, it doesn’t let me. It says the purchase cannot be completed

View your Apple ID balance

if it’s vanished, there might be other outstanding charges or app subscriptions that used it.

You might want to check into that: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support and check your purchase history to see what you’ve used it on.


 If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
