Apple TV+ Content Missing?

What version of the Apple TV software is it running? Its possible its not updated to the most current one that has the Apple TV+ option.

If the TV App is the blue icon with a screen on it, then its not updated enough. It needs to be the black rectangle with the AppleTV logo.

Were you able to access it before? Do you see the Apple TV Plus icon when you scroll down to the 'available Apple TV Channels' section? If so, what happens when you select it?

Ok so that's fine. What OS are you currently running? Make sure it's up to date.

If its the blue one I showed then its not updated, and needs to be updated.

It needs to be the black one, with the white lettering and apple logo.

If its the black one with the blue lettering, then its also not the up to date version.

There is no separate app, you would be using the TV app to access Apple TV Plus. If you see that channels section then you should also see the Apple TV Plus icon, which is where you would go to use the service.
