Hi i keep getting charged 79p every month for storage even though I cancelled it months ago...

I see that you have a payment problem with storage! Here are somethings you can do...

Call apple and tell them about this and tell them if they can cancel it further for you.
go to subscriptions on your apple ID profile and check if you cancelled it correctly.
make sure you did in fact change your storage plan.
