Support for Apple devices in Russia

Hello.

Will Apple devices continue to be supported in Russia if they are not officially sold in Russia? I would like to purchase a new iPhone model but as far as I know, Apple will leave the Russian market due to innovations in the legislation on pre- installation of Russian software before sale.

Thx for your time for answer to me.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

We here are all user volunteers with no special insight to Apple's plans

That said, Apple supports technical "questions" via Twitter - https://twitter.com/AppleSupport - with the same level of expertise that they do via telephone and chat in its major markets like the USA

Regarding "service" of devices, there are many countries throughout the world where Apple does not provide repairs - even through Apple Authorized Resellers & Service Providers today. I am guessing that any repairs done in these countries would necessarily be "black market"

One good question would be about "stores" - Apps & music -

In countries with no official Apple presence, these services are not available today - will Apple "close" the App Store in Russia?

You could contact Apple Corporate and ask them, but Apple is notoriously tight-lipped about future plans
