I live in Canada and looking for a way to online buy and deliver the iPad to Russian Federation.

1] have the iPad delivered to you in Canada and you arrange the shipment
to the Russian Federation; or
2] get a friend/relative/co-worker in the Russian Federation to order
locally for you and you can reimburse them.
