Problem playing several tracks of a recently purchased album

I recently purchased an album from itunes. I can't play several of the tracks because itunes keeps asking me to authorise my computer. When I go through this process I'm given the message that the computer is already authorised, yet I am still unable to play the same tracks as before. Any help to solve this problem, up to and including the process for getting my money back would be appreciated.

Delete and redownload the songs which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
