The voice texting is not working on my watch. I can’t text anyone with my voice. How do i fix it

Hello!
Go to Settings, General, Keyboard to check that Enable Dictation is turned on. On your Apple Watch go to the Home screen by pressing the Digital Crown once. Go to: Settings > General > Siri > check that Hey Siri is turned on.
Option two of course is to factory reset the device. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings
