Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap on the emails so that the check marks next to them disappear. On the bottom of the screen, there is a list under “Start new conversations from”.

Select your phone number so that there is a check mark next to it, and again, uncheck your email addresses by tapping on them.
