Can’t change my App Store region

Hi guys,


I’ve been updating my App Store region from my iPhone and iPad’s setting and appleid.apple.com, and both got weird issues.

When updating from my devices’ setting, it just keep saying “We’ve running into a problem. Please try again later.”

Then I tried to update it from appleid.apple.com, and they just can’t recognize my phone number and ask me to enter a valid phone number.
