Since no one here works for Apple, we couldn't possibly know why. You'll need to contact Apple Support for assistance. See this link --> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

Contact Apple Support.

No one here can know why your iTunes Account has become disabled. But, contact Apple Support. They'll know what's going on and why.

Possible Reasons For Becoming Disabled:

Often, an iTunes Account becomes disabled due to suspicious activity (i.e. constant logins, consistent purchases, and unidentified IP addresses from VPN connections).

So, once again, contact Apple Support.
