Phone icon missing

it seems as though I have accidentally deleted the phone icon from the home screen of my iPhone 6. Can anyone help me fix this, please?

You should not be able to delete the phone app from your iPhone. Perhaps its moved our hidden somewhere. Search for "phone" using this link:
