After upgrading vibration doesnt work. I turned off, switched the phone off, still not.

You try "hard reset" your iPhone XR? Rapidly press and release volume up, rapidly press and release volume down. Then press and hold power button, until Apple symbol appears on screen then you let go.
Its turned on 😂 doesnt work, thats why i texted. Several people have the same after upgrading the software...
