my account has been disabled and I am not able to download apps update apps or see my music. How do I get this resolved?

Nevermind I seared my email and found the link! Thank you for your help.
I followed the instructions from the link on the email and my account is still disabled
You need to get in touch with Apple Support from that link and have a chat/discussion with them so that they can guide you in enabling your iTunes account.
