Account disabled

my account has been disabled and I am not able to download apps update apps or see my music. How do I get this resolved?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

If your iTunes / App Store account is disabled then here is some valuable information on how to address it If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support Please follow the instructions in the link and it will help you address your concerns. You need to get in touch with Apple Support from that link and have a chat/discussion with them so that they can guide you in enabling your iTunes account.
