Ipad keyboard not working. Another suddenly appears prohibiting me from using the built in.
How do I make the new keyboard pop up disappear?? Can't use built in.

Can't tell what you are talking about. Please post a screen shot of the "new keyboard popup".
In general you get rid of unwanted keyboards by going to settings > general > keyboard > keyboards and using the Edit button.
