Cannot make or receive calls on iPhone

Talked to the provider again and got a good suggestion that worked. Reset phone back to original factory settings. This solved the problem. Strange that with two exact iPhones, we had the problem with one but not the other. At least it is solved. Thanks for your suggestion.

Thanks. Just got off a chat and live call with technical people at Total Wireless.

They could not solve it. Said tower may not be available to our remote area. Phone always worked until today. Strange that my iPhone works fine at this location and my wife’s does not....same exact iPhones.
