Has anyone had the issue where your iPhone XR is suddenly not able to receive texts from Samsung 10 phones?

Go to Settings > Messages > Make sure you have Send as SMS and MMS turned on.

Thank you but I have tried all the easy fixes such as this, all the way up to restoring my iPhone to factory defaults thru iTunes. I’m at a loss.....
Then I would contact your cellular provider. SMS is a carrier feature.
